Way back in February, when the world was a different place, I was interviewed by Deborah Parkes at Clayhill Arts for their podcast ’In the Studio’. She asked me about my curatorial and mentoring practice, the work I do with makers. We also discussed my (then) new Sustainability Audit and my interest in responsible/ethical making practices.
This interview gave me an opportunity to talk at length about my work and my passion for working with makers and objects. So, although parts of it feel no longer relevant (thanks 2020), I definitely stand by most of it and feel it could give you an insight into my work if you’d like to hear more. [Please don’t be put off by my miserable looking expression in the photo – this was my first time being recorded and I was super nervous!]
These recordings are dotted around my website, but I wanted a place to collect them, so that they are easy to find and have a listen.
If there’s anything here that you’d like to chat to me about – do get in touch!
